Core – Assistance with Social & Community Participation
Capacity Building – Increased Social & Community Participation
Activities may take place in a range of locations such as in the community, in a centre or at a sporting venue.
Our team are able to help you with:
- Transportation to and from activities
- Attending all appointments and activities with support
- Getting the most out of your classes, such as by providing Auslan interpreting, communication support or assistance with completing activities
- Having the necessary support for using the bathroom, eating, or other personal care requirements while you are out and about
What activities can I do?
We can support you with any activity you would like to do. It may be learning a sport or skill, or getting together with friends in a social setting. We'd be honoured to help.
